Q: I'm registered with Tee-On, but I've forgotten my
username and password. How do I get this information?
A: If you have forgotten your username or password, click here to
visit our Username and Password page.
Q: I've recently registered online, however I haven't
received my username and password yet. What should I do?
A: Your user name and password will be sent to the email address
that you used to register. If you haven't received this message, we recommend that you check
the spam filters on your email account. If this doesn't work, please visit our contact us page.
Q: How do I change my password?
A: With Tee-On you have complete control over your user name and
password:
- sign into the system
- click on 'my account'
- click on 'change password'
- change your password to whatever you choose
Q: How do I make changes to my member information on
Tee-On?
A: If any of your details (e.g. spelling of your name, email address, phone
number, etc.) need to be changed:
- sign into the system
- click on 'my account'
- click on 'preferences'
- make the changes to your member information
Q: Can I make changes to a booking I've already made
(e.g. delete or move the booking, add carts, increase or decrease the number of golfers)?
A: Once the booking has been submitted, you can make changes:
- sign into the system
- click on 'edit a tee time'
- select the booking you want to edit
- click on delete edit or move
- make the changes to your booking
Q: Why are some of the options available through
Tee-On different from course to course (e.g. the number of days that you can book in
advance)?
A: Each course using Tee-On has the flexibility to set options
available based on the policies established at their golf club. Please contact the club
directly to inquire further.
Q: I'm a club member, however I've been asked to
provide a credit card number at the time of booking. What should I do?
A: You may be attempting to book at your club using a public player
account. As a club member, your club will need to create your account for you. Please contact
the club directly to get your club specific username and password.
Q: I'm a club member, however I'm not able to book
the same number of days in advance as my fellow club members. What should I do?
A: You may be attempting to book at your club using a public player
account. As a club member, your club will need to create your account for you. Please contact
the club directly to get your club specific username and password.
Q: How do I access my member statement online?
A: With Tee-On golf courses have the option to post member statements
online. To access your statement:
- sign into the system
- click on 'reports'
- click on the monthly statement
